Originally from Singapore, Gregory Lim attended Curtin University for his Bachelor of Exercise Sport and Rehabilitation Science degree and has worked in both metro and rural locations across Western Australia. Greg then went on to complete his Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology and is the lead Exercise Physiologist for Life Active Exercise Physiology. With a keen sense of direction and positive outlook on life, Greg always knew that he had a strong sense of zeal and dedication for his patients and their life, rehabilitation and fitness needs. As an accredited exercise physiologist, Greg has an avidness for injury management, rehabilitation, clinical exercise, health education, chronic condition care and aged care programs. With Greg's experience as an allied health professional, he also teaches Functional Anatomy as an academic tutor at Curtin University and is also on staff for UWA Sport at the University of Western Australia.

Greg's passion is to make rehabilitation enjoyable and loves to run group classes to help his patients get back on track with their daily living and fitness goals and is also a board member for the Life Active Medical group. In addition to this, he also has experience with NDIS, aged care facilities, insurance reports, home and gym based programs and pre-employment assessments. However it is not just about administering effective exercise programs and high quality evidence-based practices, Greg firmly believes that it is just as important to find the perfect balance of exercise that works with every individual's time, interests and lifestyle. Regardless of whether they have a chronic musculoskeletal condition, neurological condition, cardiac condition, diabetic condition or are simply in need of a way to keep physically and functionally active, Greg is confident in promoting exercise adherence in a way that is personally tailored and effective.

Outside of work, Greg is often found hiking, playing volleyball or riding his bike. He also can be found at every local quiz night despite having no hope of winning! If not, he is frequently out and about with his wife Row-Yi, whether it be at a winery in the great south west, a movie night under the stars or another off-the-grid camping adventure to stay healthy and active. His commitment is always to the health and wellbeing of his patients and he considers it a privilege to work with people from all walks of life. With his extensive knowledge and enthusiasm, improving quality of life and having optimal health and happiness is key to Greg and he is humbled to be a part of the process in getting his patients motivated, energised, educated and active.
